As we continue to increase our global reach, we are growing our Sales Departments all around Germany.

We’re looking for experienced Senior Sales Executives to help customers who visit our clinics become Impress patients.

If you love a challenge. You will:

  • Be the face of Impress, greet customers, explain our products and guide our customers through timelines and expectations.
  • Deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Call and follow-up with customers to drive sales.
  • Provide our customers with information about Impress oral care products.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
  • Help patients to finance their treatments.
  • Work with your team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Embrace, be adaptive and respond timely to constructive customer and team
  • feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions to share your experience with newcomers, doctors
  • and medical staff.


What you need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a successful sales or commercial role (B2C experience will be a plus).
  • Previous experience in the orthodontic industry will be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, well-organised and team spirited.
  • Be ready to work shifts and weekends during the opening hours of our clinics.
  • Passionate for working for a start-up that is disrupting an industry; hungry to learn and grow within Impress (experience in start-up sales will be a huge plus) .
  • Excellent professional skills in written and spoken German and English.
  • You live in or can commute within Germany.
  • Availability to travel depending on Customer and Patients needs (Up to 40%).
