As we continue to increase our global reach, we are growing our Orthodontic Clinics all around the UK.

 

We are looking for experienced Doctors who can provide a range of services to our patients. The dentist will meet with patients, assess their dental health, perform scheduled cleanings and handle our products' treatment plans.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, performing regular scans procedures.
  • Performing dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
  • Establishing a plan from our treatments to be suited most for our patients for better dental hygiene.
  • Make and examine 3D scans or dental impressions of the patients to determine the design of orthodontic products to be created.
  • Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.
  • Review aligner treatment plans prior to finalizing and submitting for manufacturing.
  • Review feedback from dental and orthodontic professionals on plans, incorporating requests into a revised plan.
  • Provide the necessary support to the team, in order for them to execute their task properly.
  • Provide communication about changes in the protocols and relevant information.
  • Provide feedback about the quality of the cases.
  • Provide one on one sessions with team members and document feedback
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

 

  • Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine.
  • Experienced Orthodontists will be a plus.
  • Experience in 3D Scanners.
  • You live in or can commute within the UK.
  • Excellent professional skills in written and spoken English.
  • State license and malpractice insurance.
  • Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
  • Passionate for working for a start-up that is disrupting an industry; hungry to learn and grow within Impress (experience in start-up sales will be a huge plus) .
