Responsibilities:


  • Every lead creates smiles. You will help our customers to make a booking to our clinics and follow-up their attendance.
  • Respond timely to incoming customer queries via chat, phone, and email.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations.
  • Represent our company with accurate and timely information on our products, campaigns, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using correct procedures and tools.
  • Recognise and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve our customer journey.
  • Embrace, be adaptive and respond timely to a constructive customer and team feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities.

Requirements

What you need to be successful:


+1 year of experience in a similar position within Customer Service working in an international environment


You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal and writing skills


A proactive attitude


Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a plus.


Native or High Portuguese language proficiency level.


Based in Barcelona
